ANC Silver Jubilee Half Marathon Set for September 27, Early Bird Offer Ends Today

Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 9: The Andaman and Nicobar Command has announced its Silver Jubilee Half Marathon 2026, with the sporting event scheduled for September 27 in Sri Vijaya Puram. Registrations are currently open, with participants able to choose from three distances.

The programme will include a 21-km half marathon, a 10-km run and a 5-km fun run, providing different participation options for runners.

An early bird concession of 50 per cent is available on registration fees for those using the code “EARLYBIRD”. The offer closes on September 9.

The run will take participants along the island roads of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and forms part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the Andaman and Nicobar Command.

The event is intended to bring together fitness and adventure with the commemorative occasion, while providing a platform for participation through competitive and recreational running categories.

The organisers have encouraged interested participants to complete their registrations within the early bird period to avail the discounted entry offer.
