Sri Vijaya Puram, November 6: Citizens across the Andaman and Nicobar Islands have until November 15 to submit feedback on their experience with online government services through the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) 2025 Citizen Survey, an exercise aimed at evaluating the accessibility, effectiveness and quality of digital public service delivery.
The A&N Administration has appealed to citizens, government employees and beneficiaries of government schemes and services to participate in the survey conducted by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India.
The survey forms an integral part of the NeSDA 2025 assessment and seeks responses from people who access government services through online platforms. Their feedback will help evaluate how effectively digital services meet citizens’ requirements and identify shortcomings that need attention.

The assessment focuses on citizens’ experiences while accessing online government services, with responses expected to provide inputs on the ease of access, quality and effectiveness of service delivery. The exercise also aims to identify areas where departments can improve their digital service mechanisms.
The Administration has asked various departments to encourage participation among employees and service beneficiaries. It is also using departmental channels and media platforms to publicise the survey and widen public participation across the Islands.
Citizens can submit their responses through the direct survey link: https://forms.gle/MPDGVJ6tKPBnMKsEA. Alternatively, the questionnaire is available on the NeSDA Way Forward portal at https://nesda.gov.in/wayforward/citizen-survey.
The A&N Administration has also made both links available through its official state portal, https://andamannicobar.gov.in/, allowing citizens to access the survey through the government website.
The deadline for submitting responses is November 15. The Administration has urged eligible participants to complete the survey before the closing date, with each response intended to contribute to the assessment of digital government services.
The feedback exercise seeks to support improvements in the accessibility, transparency and efficiency of online public services, with the broader objective of making digital governance more responsive to citizens’ needs.
