Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 23: Police have sought public assistance to establish the identity of an unidentified decomposed male body recovered from Pathragudda near MS VNP Construction on September 21, under the jurisdiction of Pahargaon Police Station.
The deceased was found wearing khaki full pant and has not been identified so far. Police have registered a UD FIR at Pahargaon Police Station and initiated an investigation after completing the required legal formalities.
The deceased is an unidentified male whose age has not been ascertained. Police records describe him as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a good build and whitish complexion.
At the time the body was recovered, the deceased was wearing a khaki full pant and a black-coloured waist thread. Police have not been able to establish his identity or family details so far.
Authorities have appealed to members of the public to share any information that could assist in identifying the deceased or locating his family. Any person who may have relevant information has been asked to contact Pahargaon Police Station at 03192-236641 or 03192-250525.
