Date:

: The Tagore Government College of Education (TGCE) is set to publish the provisional merit list for admission into its four-year Integrated B.Ed. programmes for the academic session 2025–26 on July 22 at 3:00 p.m. The list will be accessible under the “Announcements” section on the official Andaman College admission portal at collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in.

Admissions are being offered in B.Sc. B.Ed. (Mathematics and Computer Science) and B.A. B.Ed. (English, Hindi, and History). According to the college administration, candidates will be allowed to file claims and objections from July 23 to July 24. The final merit list is scheduled for release on July 25 at 4:00 p.m. Counselling for B.Sc. B.Ed. candidates will be held on July 29 at 9:30 a.m., while B.A. B.Ed. counselling is slated for July 30 at the same time. Both sessions will take place at the TGCE Auditorium.

Authorities have notified that candidates must report for counselling with original documents, a set of photocopies, and the prescribed admission fee. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list.

Those who fail to attend counselling on the assigned date and time will forfeit their claim to admission. Classes for the newly admitted batch will commence on July 31. TGCE has advised all eligible candidates to follow the timeline and instructions strictly to avoid disqualification.
