Sri Vijaya Puram, May 28: Pondicherry University has scheduled law examinations from June 12 to July 12, 2026, with Andaman Law College directing students to complete online examination fee payment and application submission before the June 2 deadline to avoid disqualification from the examination process.
According to a press release issued by Andaman Law College Principal Dr. P.V.N. Sarma, all present students as well as old batch students with pending backlogs have been instructed to remit examination fees online through the Pondicherry University examination fee payment portal within the stipulated timeline.
College authorities stated that online registration for the examinations will close on June 2 and no applications will be entertained by the university after the deadline. Students have also been directed to submit their duly filled examination application forms to the college after completing the online fee payment process.
Officials said the detailed examination timetable will be uploaded on June 8 on the official websites of Pondicherry University and Andaman Law College. Hall tickets for eligible candidates will be available for download from June 10 onwards.
The examinations are scheduled to commence from June 12 and continue till July 12 under the university’s academic calendar for law programmes.
The advisory assumes significance for students appearing in semester examinations as well as backlog candidates seeking to clear pending papers. Authorities have emphasised that timely completion of registration formalities is mandatory for appearing in the examinations.
The application form required for submission has been made available on the college website. Students have been advised to carefully complete all formalities within the prescribed timeline to avoid last-minute issues related to eligibility and hall ticket generation.
Officials indicated that the examination process is expected to involve students from multiple batches pursuing law programmes affiliated with Pondicherry University in the islands.
The college administration has also urged students to regularly monitor official notifications and updates published on the university and college websites regarding examination schedules, hall ticket downloads and procedural instructions.
Authorities stated that no relaxation would be granted after the closing date fixed by the university. Students facing difficulties or requiring clarification regarding examination procedures have been asked to contact the college office directly for assistance.
With examinations approaching, academic activity at the institution has intensified as students prepare for semester-end assessments and backlog examinations linked to academic progression and degree completion.
