Government Accommodation Seniority List Published, Claims Invited

Date:

Sri Vijaya Puram, May 11:
The Housing & Estate Section of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration has published the seniority list for allotment of government accommodation under the General Pool for the session 2024–25. Government employees have been advised to check their names and raise any objections within three days of publication.

The allotments are being carried out through the AAGA portal, in accordance with Circular No. 1-167/2021/H&E/Vol-V dated May 8, 2024. The portal allows eligible government servants to apply online for housing based on their type-wise and category-wise seniority. This includes employees recently transferred from outstations or those on initial appointments.

The applications were verified by the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) or Heads of Offices (HOOs). Based on these verifications, the updated seniority list has been made available online at https://aaga.andaman.gov.in, under the “Seniority List (General Pool)” section.

In line with Para 7 of the circular, the Administration has invited all applicants to review the list and submit claims or objections, if any, to the Assistant Secretary (Housing & Estate), Secretariat. If no objections are received within three days, the list will be treated as final for further allotments.

This transparent digital process, officials said, ensures fair and timely allotment of quarters to eligible government servants.
