New Delhi, May 13: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday declared the Class 12 board examination results for 2026, bringing relief and anticipation for over 18 lakh students who appeared for the examinations across the country. A total of 85.20 per cent students cleared the Class 12 exam successfully this year
Students can now check their results and download their digital marksheets through multiple official platforms, including the CBSE websites, DigiLocker and the UMANG application.
The CBSE Class 12 examinations for the academic session 2025-26 was conducted between February 17 and April 10, 2026.

CBSE has also made digital marksheets available through DigiLocker, allowing students to securely download and store their academic documents electronically. Prior to the declaration of results, DigiLocker and UMANG had displayed “coming soon” notifications indicating that the result upload process was underway.
Students checking their results through the official websites may experience temporary delays or slower loading speeds due to high traffic immediately after the announcement.
Students are advised to carefully verify all details mentioned on the marksheet, including personal information, subject-wise marks and overall result status. In case of discrepancies, students have been advised to contact their respective schools or CBSE regional offices.
The declaration of Class 12 results marks an important milestone for students seeking admission into universities, professional courses and competitive entrance examinations across the country.
CBSE is expected to release additional details regarding re-evaluation, verification of marks and compartment examinations in the coming days.
To access the result online, students are required to enter their roll number, school number, date of birth and admit card ID on the result portal.
