Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 7: Special electoral enrolment camps will be held across all polling stations in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency on October 10, targeting left-out eligible voters and young people eligible to register for the first time.
The day-long exercise, announced by the Chief Electoral Officer, A&N Islands, will allow eligible citizens to seek inclusion in the electoral rolls with assistance available directly at their respective polling stations.
Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will remain present at the polling stations from 9 am to 5 pm to assist applicants and receive requests for enrolment. Eligible citizens who have not yet been included in the electoral rolls, including young and first-time eligible electors, can submit Form-6 to the concerned BLO during the camp.

The enrolment facility will also be available online for citizens who choose to apply digitally. Applications can be submitted through the Election Commission of India’s Voters’ Services Portal, while the ECI Net app can also be used to access voter services.
The initiative is focused on providing an opportunity for eligible citizens who remain outside the electoral rolls to complete the enrolment process and have their names included.
Citizens seeking assistance with enrolment can approach their concerned BLO during the camp. They can also contact the Voter Helpline by calling 1950 for support related to voter services.
With BLOs stationed at polling locations throughout the day, the October 10 exercise will provide an in-person route for eligible citizens to submit Form-6 and seek assistance with the enrolment process.
