Sri Vijaya Puram, May 28: Andaman Law College has invited applications for empanelment of Guest Faculty and Resource Persons for delivering lectures in the B.A.LL.B. degree course for the academic session 2026-27, offering temporary teaching opportunities on an “as and when required basis” depending on academic workload and subject requirements.
According to an official notification issued by the institution, the engagement will be purely temporary and hourly-based, aimed at addressing teaching requirements in the academic discipline of Law during the upcoming academic year.
The college stated that selected Guest Faculty or Resource Persons will be assigned lecture sessions based on departmental requirements and availability of teaching work. Each lecture session, which normally extends close to two hours, will carry an honorarium of Rs. 1,500, subject to a maximum monthly ceiling of Rs. 50,000 or as revised by the competent authority from time to time.
Officials clarified that the empanelment does not constitute permanent or contractual appointment and will remain limited to academic requirements arising during the session.
The detailed employment notification, including eligibility conditions, application proforma, bio-data format and self-assessment marking proforma, has been uploaded on the official website of Andaman Law College.
Interested and eligible candidates have been asked to submit duly filled application forms along with self-attested supporting documents to the office of the Principal, Andaman Law College, Phoenix Bay, Sri Vijaya Puram, on or before June 10, 2026, by 5 pm.
Applicants may also submit soft copies of their applications through the official email address notified by the college authorities.
The institution stated that the empanelment exercise is being undertaken to ensure uninterrupted academic activities and strengthen teaching support for law students enrolled in the integrated B.A.LL.B. programme.
Officials indicated that candidates applying for empanelment should carefully complete the prescribed formats and submit all required documents within the stipulated deadline, as incomplete applications may not be considered during scrutiny.
