Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 30: Candidates seeking admission to the two-year B.Ed. programme in Mathematics at Tagore Government College of Education (TGCE), Sri Vijaya Puram, and aspirants appearing for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2026 have separate deadlines and schedules to note, with counselling for a vacant B.Ed. seat set for October 3 and the CGL Tier-I examination beginning September 30.
One seat has become available in the B.Ed. Mathematics programme under Category-III(A)-Pre-42 at TGCE, a constituent college of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Learning (Deemed to be University), Sri Vijaya Puram.
The college will conduct counselling for the vacant seat at 9.30 am on October 3 in the Seminar Gallery of TGCE. Eligible candidates seeking admission have been asked to attend the counselling at the specified date and time.
The candidate selected for admission must submit all original certificates, one set of photocopies of the certificates and the required fee on the day of admission. Failure to complete these requirements on the same day will result in the candidate not being considered for admission.
Separately, the Staff Selection Commission will conduct the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination 2026 from September 30 to October 9 at the Sri Vijaya Puram examination centre.
The examination centre is Swadhin Port Blair Pvt, ITI, Krishna Bhawan, opposite Air Force Station, Prothrapur, Calicut.
Candidates appearing at the centre will receive their e-Admit Cards three to four days before their scheduled examination date. The Commission will make the admit cards available through its websites, ssc.gov.in and sscer.org.
The two announcements concern admission to the vacant B.Ed. seat and arrangements for candidates appearing in the national-level recruitment examination at the Sri Vijaya Puram centre.
