After downloading the form, candidates must submit the completed application offline to the concerned department. The respective departments will conduct the subsequent admission process, including publication of the provisional and final merit lists, claims and objections, and admission counselling, according to the notified schedule.

Meanwhile, ANCOL has invited eligible and qualified candidates for spot admission to vacant seats in six undergraduate programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. The courses include B.Com. For B.Com. General and B.Com. Corporate Secretaryship, candidates from Arts, Science or Commerce streams can apply if they have passed English as one of the compulsory subjects in Class XII.

Candidates who have already applied through the online mode and whose names appear in the final merit list have also been advised to attend the spot admission-cum-counselling during the scheduled dates and time.

Admission under the ANCOL spot process will depend on the availability of seats and fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility requirements. Candidates seeking admission have been asked to report at the designated venue on the scheduled date and time with the required documents.
