New Delhi, Aug. 4: A social media influencer has submitted a written complaint to the Delhi Police seeking the registration of an FIR and the immediate arrest of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, alleging physical assault, threats to his personal security and other serious allegations that he has asked authorities to investigate.
The complainant, Faizan Ansari, alleged that he was physically attacked by individuals linked to Dipke in two separate incidents in Pune and Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He claimed that police complaints had already been filed in connection with both incidents and said he possessed evidence relating to the cases.
In his written complaint, Ansari urged the police to conduct a detailed investigation into the allegations, register an FIR and initiate legal action in accordance with the law.

Speaking to IANS, Ansari said he had approached the Deputy Commissioner of Police with a written complaint requesting Dipke’s immediate arrest. He alleged that he had been attacked once in Pune and again in Aurangabad, adding that complaints regarding both incidents had already been lodged with the police and that supporting evidence was available.
Ansari also alleged that Dipke had extended support to individuals associated with anti-national activities and had provided financial assistance to people to participate in protests held at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.
Referring to the protests, Ansari claimed they were financially backed and alleged that celebrities were being paid to participate. He said he had received this information from Mumbai.
The complainant further alleged that Dipke’s activities could pose a threat to social harmony and public order. He called for an impartial investigation and requested that strict legal action be taken if any wrongdoing is established during the inquiry.
Ansari also made political allegations against members of the Cockroach Janta Party, claiming they supported a person who had allegedly made anti-India remarks. He stated that he would continue pursuing the matter despite the alleged assaults and reiterated his intention to seek legal action through the appropriate authorities.
Reaffirming his demand, Ansari said the Delhi Police should investigate the matter thoroughly and, if the allegations are found to be true, initiate the strictest action against Dipke in accordance with the law. He maintained that the investigation should remain fair, unbiased and strictly follow legal procedure.
As of now, the Delhi Police has not issued any official statement regarding the complaint or the allegations made by Ansari.
