Sri Vijaya Puram, July 17: Online registration for admission to 110 degree-level seats reserved for students from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands at mainland institutions will begin on July 17 under the Central Seat Allocation Board NEUT (CSAB NEUT) 2026 process for the academic session 2026-27.

The Central Seat Allocation Board NEUT (CSAB NEUT)-2026 has released the seat allocation schedule for admissions to reserved seats in degree-level Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses at mainland institutions. The seats have been earmarked for eligible students from the Union Territory of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

According to the schedule, candidates can begin the online provisional registration process from July 17. The admission process will also include uploading of documents, document verification, choice filling and seat allotment through the CSAB NEUT online portal.

Students from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands seeking admission under the reserved seat category have been advised to complete the online registration and choice-filling process within the prescribed schedule by following the instructions available on the CSAB NEUT website.

The admission process covers degree-level Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy programmes offered at participating mainland institutions under the CSAB NEUT allocation system for the 2026-27 academic session.

Candidates have also been advised to carefully review the eligibility conditions before completing the application process. Information relating to eligibility criteria, seat allocation schedule, State and Union Territory-wise business rules, and the detailed seat matrix has been made available through the CSAB NEUT portal.

The online admission process for reserved mainland seats is intended to facilitate admissions for eligible students from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands through a centralised allocation system.
