What began as a conversation between four colleagues has turned into a small evening venture in the Andaman Islands. Soni Kumari, Gaurav Rai, B Vijay and Bononi Mondal work regular jobs during the day and spend their evenings running Fruits Bite, a fruit stall operating around Corbyn Cove Beach and Mazar Pahad. From preparing fruit at home to loading supplies onto a scooty and meeting customers after work, the four are learning entrepreneurship one evening at a time. The business is still less than a month old, but customer feedback, family support and their willingness to keep experimenting are shaping its journey. This is a story about friendship, initiative and four people choosing to try something of their own.
