A ten-day teacher training workshop on Competency-Based Learning Outcomes and curriculum renewal began at GSS Junglighat, spearheaded by the State Institute of Education (SIE) in collaboration with Central Hindi Institute of Education, Hyderabad.

The training, running from April 15–26, has drawn 49 Hindi language teachers from nine educational zones. The workshop is aligned with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 and the NEP 2020’s vision for linguistic empowerment.

Addressing the inaugural session, Prof. Gangadhar Vanode, Regional Director of the Hyderabad institute, stressed the program’s relevance in the context of Hindi pedagogy. Online remarks by Prof. Sunil Baburao Kulkarni from Agra further encouraged teachers to embrace innovations in language teaching.

With inputs from associate and assistant professors and support from the A&N Education Department, the workshop is poised to significantly boost teacher capabilities in the region.
