PM Modi Marks 11 Years in Power, Emphasizes Inclusive Growth and Digital Progress

Marking 11 years of the NDA government at the Centre, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday highlighted the rapid transformation India has witnessed under his leadership, driven by the principles of Seva (service), Sushasan (good governance), and Garib Kalyan (welfare of the poor).

Taking to social media, PM Modi said the government, guided by the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’, has delivered “pathbreaking changes with speed, scale, and sensitivity” across sectors. He credited the progress to the collective efforts and support of 140 crore Indians.

“India has not only emerged as the fastest-growing major economy, but also as a key global voice on issues like climate action and digital innovation,” the Prime Minister posted on X (formerly Twitter). He emphasized that the government’s focus has remained on inclusive, people-centric development, spanning from economic growth to social upliftment.

PM Modi also launched a digital outreach campaign showcasing the NDA government’s journey. Citizens were urged to explore “Vikas Yatra” content on the NaMo App, which includes videos, infographics, articles, and interactive tools like games, quizzes, and surveys to engage the public with the government’s development efforts.

Highlighting the “Ease of Living” initiatives, the Prime Minister said the past 11 years have brought about “many positive changes” aimed at improving everyday life for citizens.

To commemorate the milestone, the Centre released an e-book titled “Viksit Bharat ka Amrit Kaal: Seva, Sushasan, Garib Kalyan ke 11 Saal.” The publication outlines achievements under PM Modi’s leadership across 14 thematic chapters. These include policies and schemes focused on the poor and marginalized, farmer welfare, economic reforms, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, infrastructure, digital innovation, middle-class relief, northeastern development, national security, foreign policy, sustainability, and cultural preservation.

According to the book’s introduction, these 11 years have been dedicated to “inclusive, progressive, and sustainable development,” with the Modi government remaining steadfast in its commitment to equity and opportunity for all.

The publication underscores that PM Modi’s administration has brought “Vikasvaad”, the politics of development, into mainstream political discourse, making it the central theme around which governance and policy now revolve.

It also highlights that since 2014, the government has consistently upheld the principle of keeping “India First” in all policy decisions, with a strong emphasis on national security, economic management, social welfare, and cultural conservation.
