This tournament is about more than just football. With limited sports infrastructure, events like these offer a key platform for young talent to shine and possibly reach state or district levels.

Teachers, coaches, and staff from the South Andaman Education Zone are working behind the scenes to manage logistics, maintain safety, and ensure fair play.

Parents, teachers, and classmates are cheering from the sidelines. The energy isn’t limited to the players, students are volunteering, coordinating, and soaking in the team spirit. For many, it’s a memory in the making.

As finals day nears, South Andaman’s young footballers are proving that passion and perseverance thrive even on island soil, with each pass, goal, and whistle building the region’s future in sport.
