The Tourism Department coordinated logistics, security, and event management, ensuring smooth conduct of competitions while adhering to safety protocols. Village representatives and local volunteers contributed to organizing the festival, reflecting strong collaboration between administration and community members.

The Beach Sports Festival aimed to provide residents, especially youth and women, with a platform to actively engage in physical activity, develop teamwork, and strengthen community bonds. It also served as a showcase for the scenic beaches of Middle Andaman, attracting attention to the potential of promoting the islands as a sporting and recreational destination.

The Administration reiterated its plans to continue such events across the islands, combining tourism promotion, sports development, and public engagement. By linking cultural festivities with sporting activities, authorities aim to create opportunities for skill-building, entertainment, and social cohesion among island communities.
