With soaring airfares and reduced flight services continuing to concern residents of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, The Wave Andaman has launched a public poll seeking readers’ views on the issue.
The poll asks: “Is the Government Listening to the Islander?”
Readers can choose from three options: Yes, No, or Can’t Say.
The poll comes ahead of the public protest scheduled for September 3 over rising airfares and reduced flight connectivity. Islanders, tourists, businesses and other stakeholders affected by the connectivity situation are invited to participate and share their views.
