The administration has specified the order in which surrendered or vacant seats will be allotted. Such seats in B.Ed., B.E./B.Tech. lateral entry and postgraduate courses will first be offered within the respective categories from which the seats were surrendered. If seats remain unutilised, they will be allotted to Category-V candidates according to merit.

If seats continue to remain vacant, fresh eligible candidates present at the counselling will also be considered for allotment according to merit. Such candidates interested in the surrendered or vacant seats have also been asked to attend the counselling with all required original testimonials.

Candidates have been cautioned that no subsequent claim will be entertained from anyone who fails to appear in person or does not produce the required original certificates at the time of counselling or selection, irrespective of their merit.
